This is a 4th Axis Rotary kit for a DC Machine with AMP-0015 or AMP-0021 large style amplifiers.
It is for a 1400-4 CPU System that has 1010-4 Axis Cards in it.
It does not include the prewire because some machine already came pre wired.
If you need to order the prewire then order WIR-0075 here.

Use PCB-0217, 1010-6B instead of 1010-4 on 1400-5 Systems. Additional charge will apply.
Use ELE-0030 ABNOLIM EPROMS for 1400-5 Systems.
