These EEPROMS and Software Modules are considered "Intellectual Property". Independent Technology Service does not copy any of these EEPROMS or Software Modules. In 2008 prior to Fadal Engineering auctioning off the entire factory in Cahtsworth California we purchased the entire Engineering Department. This included a large quantity of these EEPROMS aand Software Modules.
