Personal identification information
We may collect personal identification information from Users in a variety of ways, including, but not limited to, when Users visit our site, register on the site, place an order, fill out a form, and in connection with other activities, services, features or resources we make available on our Site. Users may be asked for, as appropriate, name, email address, mailing address, phone number, credit card information. Users may, however, visit our Site anonymously. We will collect personal identification information from Users only if they voluntarily submit such information to us. Users can always refuse to supply personally identification information, except that it may prevent them from engaging in certain Site related activities.
Non-personal identification information
We may collect non-personal identification information about Users whenever they interact with our Site. Independent Technology Service may collect and use Users personal information for the following purposes.

- 3) To process payment--We may use the information Users provide about themselves when placing an order only to provide service to that order. We do not share this information with outside parties except to the extent necessary to provide the service.
- 4) To send periodic emails--We may use the email address to send User information and updates pertaining to their order. It may also be used to respond to their inquiries, questions, and/or other requests.
How we protect your information
We adopt appropriate data collection, storage and processing practices and security measures to protect against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure or destruction of your personal information, username, password, transaction information and data stored on our Site.

Credit Card Acceptance and Security Policy
All Independent Technology Service personnel accepting credit cards for payment of services or goods must protect and secure all credit card data collected, regardless of how it is stored (physically or electronically, including but not limited to account information, card imprints, correspondence and Terminal Identification Numbers).
All personnel will strictly observe and enforce this policy to ensure that Independent Technology Service customer information and privacy is protected and to assure compliance with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS).
The compromise of any cardholder information should be reported immediately by submitting an email containing a complete overview of the incident to accounting@FadalDepot.com. Independent Technology Services Accounting Department will be advised as deemed appropriate.
Data is considered to be secured only if the following criteria are met.
Only approved processing software programs and hardware with secure communication protocols and/or encrypted connections are used for the processing of electronic transactions
Departments requesting merchant capabilities are required to complete and submit an application to the Accounting Department.
Access for credit card and/or electronic payment data and processing should be limited to essential personnel who have completed cash handling training or are authorized on a need to know basis.
Email is not used to transmit credit card payment information.
If the use of email is necessary, only the last four digits of the credit card number are displayed.
Fax transmissions,(both sending and receiving) of credit card and electronic payment information is strongly discouraged. If necessary, transmissions are strictly limited to those fax machines whose access is secured and restricted to authorized individuals only.
All transactions must be processed immediately and documents containing cardholder and card information must be shredded. The card-validation code of a credit card is never stored in any form.
All but the last four digits of any credit card account number are masked if credit card data is displayed.
All credit card and electronic payment data that is no longer deemed necessary or appropriate to store is destroyed or rendered unreadable.
The processing and storage of personally identifiable credit card or electronic payment information on Independent Technology Service computers and servers is prohibited.
Credit card or electronic payment information is never downloaded onto any portable devices such as USB flash drives, compact disks, laptop computers or personal digital assistants.
No credit card receipt, document, or correspondence of any kind, referencing the transaction shall include more than the last four digits of the account number or the month and year of the expiration date.
No Independent Technology Service employee, contractor or agent who obtains access to credit card or other personal payment information may sell, purchase, provide, or exchange said information in any form to any third party other than to the companys acquiring bank, depository bank, Visa, MasterCard, or other credit card company, or pursuant to a government request.
All requests to provide information to any outside party must be reviewed and approved in advance by the Accounting Department.
Limited Warranty & Return Policy - Parts & Repair Services
Any product, or part thereof, sold by Independent Technology Service Inc., which, under normal operating conditions in the plant of the original purchaser thereof, proves defective in material or workmanship within specified time from the date of shipment by us, as determined by an inspection by us, will be repaired or replaced, at our discretion, free of charge for repair. Customer is responsible for the shipping costs.
Provided that you promptly send to us notice of the defect and establish that the product has been properly installed, maintained, and operated within the limits of rated and normal usage, and that no factory sealed adjustments have been tampered with or damage has occurred from contamination; i.e. coolant, any conductive material such as chips or dust. Not covered - Motors windings that have failed because of over current conditions that cause severe thermal deterioration of the insulation which results in an electrical short and/or burnt motor. Amplifiers or CNC Boards with blown traces and burned IC's are not covered under warranty. Spindles with coolant contamination are also not covered under warranty.
All new parts sold and manufactured by Independent Technology Service carries a one to three year warranty. Re manufactured parts and repairs carry a six month warranty. Spindle and Rotary Rebuilds carry a one year warranty. We also honor our vendors warranty on parts which means we may need to send them the part to determine if the warranty is valid. If within the first 30 days you have a part fail or you receive a defective part we will send you an advance replacement at no charge. We will then issue you an RMA to return the part at your expense. If you need an advance exchange shipped faster than ground you will pay the difference in shipping.
If you for whatever reason you want to return a part within the first 30 days then we will issue a refund or credit. After 30 days we will charge up to a 30% restocking charge. All returned parts require you to contact Independent Technology Service for a Return Material Authorization ( RMA#). All returns paid by credit card by no fault of Independent Technology Service will be charged a 5% credit card processing fee.
Independent Technology Service Inc. or its agents liability is limited to the repair or replacement of defective parts. Repaired items will carry a six month warranty or until fulfillment of original warranty time whichever is greater.
In order to validate the warranty, the customer must allow ITSCNC to ship out a replacement part while the warranty is pending. If the customer purchases a replacement part from another source without allowing us the oppurtunity to remedy the problem then, this voids all warranty claims. ITSCNC will have no responsibility to refund any funds for the original purchase. We must at least have the oppurtunity to replace the defective part.
All expressed and implied warranties, including the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose are limited in duration to the warranty period, and no warranties, whether expressed or implied, will apply after this period.
Under no circumstances shall Independent Technology Service Inc. or any of our affiliates have any liability whatsoever for claims and damages arising out of the loss of use of any product or part sold to you. Nor shall we have any liability to yourself or anyone for any indirect or consequential damages such as injuries to person and property caused directly or indirectly by the product or part sold to you, and you agree in accepting our product or part to save us harmless from any and all such claims or damages that may be initiated against us by third parties.
Shipping & Handling Policy
The customer is responsible for all incoming and outgoing except if we replace a part under warranty we will pay the outgoing UPS Ground shipping. We also will pay it for warranty repairs.
We offer a variety of shipping methods including UPS, FEDEX, DHL and LTL Truck Services. We can ship on the customer's account however this applies to U.S. customer only. Because of our high volume and thus huge discounts we recommend you let us ship the product on our account. We don't charge the street price for shipping but instead we charge our discounted price plus a small handling fee. We only insure (declare value) the package for our cost not the your cost. This saves the customer another unnecessary expense.
In the rare event you receive a package damaged during shipping the customer must notify us immediately and allow the carrier to come and inspect the package for insurance purposes. We recommend you takes pictures of the damage and email them to email@example.com. Core Return Policy
A CORE is defined as a used or broken part, capable of being repaired at a reasonable cost as determined by Independent Technology Service Inc. A credit is given to parts specific and defined by us. Upon receipt of the part and it is determined by us to be repairable, we will issue a Core Credit for the amount determined at the initial sale of the replacement product.
Core returns not considered repairable by us will either be returned or destroyed according to the customers instructions. Amplifiers and CNC Boards must be in repairable condition without missing parts or burned traces. We don't accept AMC Amplifiers for core credit since they are not repairable or serviceable. These AMPS are notoriously unreliable and highly prone to failure.
Spindle and Rotary cores must be returned in reasonable condition and not missing parts otherwise you may not get your full core credit back. Examples would be missing shafts, gears, drawbars or broken keyways on the shaft We will do everything possible to make sure you get your full core credit back in a timely manner.
